The Signal Mountain Soccer League (SMSL) will be hosting a Spring Season for all age groups. If your child
is interested in playing soccer this spring, please register

or mail this registration form along with a check payable to the SMSL by
February 20th.
The cost is $80 per player or $70 for a returning fall player. For questions, please call 517-1700 and leave a message or send us an email at

If you prefer to register in person, we will be at the Signal Mountain Town Hall
from 9am to 1pm on Saturday February 20th to accept registrations.
· For U12 and older players, teams will play in the County League which will begin in early March.
· Player evaluations for U8 and U10 players will be held on February 28th at 1:00pm at the soccer fields. Please bring a ball and wear shin guards.
· Our season begins Sunday March 21st and ends May 16th. There will be no games on Easter Sunday. SMSL will provide your soccer
jersey. If you did not play in the fall, shorts and socks will be provided. Players must wear shin guards and cleats for all practices and games.

· There is a maximum family charge
of $200. (After February 20th, add $10 per child.)
