Signal Mountain Storm '96 girls’ Co-Champions in Ocoee Cup Soccer Tournament The Signal Mountain Storm 96 girls’ select soccer team recently competed in the U11 girls Gold division of the Ocoee Cup Soccer tournament in Cleveland. On Day 1 Storm 96 recorded wins of 4-0 versus the Oak Ridge Krossfire and 2-0 versus the Redoubt Lady Generals. These two wins meant Storm 96 was to play in the final on Sunday 24th September with the East Ridge Bratt Attack (from the other bracket). Unfortunately, due to bad weather, Day 2 was cancelled. The Storm 96 team were disappointed not to be able to play the final game, but pleased to be named co-Champions with the East Ridge Bratt Attack. The Storm 96 team is shown with their trophies.
